I have partnered with Judy Bunde, owner of The Inn on Park Street, here in Brandon, for the summer/fall of 2018 to create: a culinary vacation called Classic Vermont Country Cookin’
Each “vacation” will include at least 7 hands-on classes and several tastings. We will visit and work with
an artisanal cheesemaker, a local baker, farmers, a maple sugar house, berry patches, brewers, and beekeepers.
Our last dinner will be in the field overlooking the conservation land at our farm.
